Changing Seasons an exhibition of paintings by Stephen Kinder

“Changing Seasons”

Stephen Kinder’s one man show “Changing Seasons” at Cafe Mila in Godalming made a very good impression. Stephen has been a prolific painter over the summer period and produced a significant number of landscapes based on the local area and the Sussex coast.

His loose brushwork is in the style of the impressionists and one in particular (Thursley Silver Birches) reminded me of the Australian impressionist exhibition at the National Gallery last year.

There is much to see and admire and there are several outstanding large canvases that will be striking centrepieces for any room.

The exhibition runs from the 6th to 20th November and it is well worth visiting Cafe Mila and enjoying their excellent home produced food and beverages. It is a very sympathetic setting for displaying Stephen’s work.
